How do I get started?
Getting started with the NYRR Training is easy.  Simply sign-up now for a 7-day free trial using a valid MasterCard or VISA and our software will do the rest.  Our easy to use interface will identify your fitness level and running goals, and develop a completely custom tailored training program just for you.

How much does the NYRR Trainer cost?
The NYRR Trainer is completely FREE for the first 7 days.  After which time you can continue to receive personalized expert coaching, access to our exclusive community, and use of a wealth of running, nutrition, and fitness features for as little as $6.67/month (Based on Semi-Annual Membership Plan).

Will my credit card be charged during the 7-day FREE Trial?
Your credit card will NOT be charged during your first 7 days.  On your fifteenth day your credit card will be charged and your subscription will renew automatically according to your initial subscription term.  You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent recurring billing.

How can I cancel my 7-day trial?
You can cancel your free 7 day trial online at any point. Cancellation is immediate via the Billing Page under the Accounts menu within your account

Can I sign-up if I live outside the United States?
Yes, of course!  Like the ING New York Marathon, the NYRR Trainer prides itself on being an international running community.  We welcome your membership.  You will be billed in US Dollars at the international exchange rate on the day of billing.

How is my marathon training program generated?
While we can't divulge all of our trade secrets, we can tell you a bit about our revolutionary new mode of training.  Based on the sound principles from our elite athletes and expert coaches, our intelligent training software has been formulated to project a best-fit model for each individual's training.  After sign-up, our system will determine your current fitness, running experience, and training goals.  Using this information the software will anticipate your training needs and generate an optimized program unique to your personal goals.

Who is the NYRR Trainer designed for?
Whether you are training for your first marathon or your fiftieth, the NYRR trainer is the right program for you.  If your goal is to finish the marathon in under 7 hours, we will give you the training base you need to do it.  If you’re ready to break 2:30, our elite coaching will get you there.  Our customized training platform is the perfect fit to your needs, whoever you are.

Can I customize my routine based on my schedule?
Your training program is completely flexible and can be personalized to your timetable using our simple interface. You can even drop in your own workouts to the NYRR Trainer whenever you want, leaving you with as much control as you need.
